All Church. The greatest document ever written to give guidance and counsel to man as to how we should live in peace and harmony with each other began with the words “I am the Lord thy God”. Exodus 20:2. Following these words are the Ten Commandments. These laws provided all we should need. The second greatest document begins with these words “We the people”. Following is the Constitution of the United States of America. Contained in this document are the laws and guaranteed rights that have made this the greatest nation on earth today. Only Israel, as God’s chosen people, is promised more Godly favor. Rest assured of this urgent truth though. This favor can be taken away as easily as it was granted. Psalm 33:4-22. “We the people” are required by God to be good citizens. 1 Peter 2:9-17. One of these duties of citizenship is to prayerfully cast an informed vote. The people we elect to represent us “we the people” are there to lead us so that we may enjoy “a quiet an peaceable life in all godliness and honesty”. 1 Timothy 2:1-3.
